FAMILY RECIPE BOOK

 The Ecodale Family Recipe book for reference historically! The time has come that Annette and myself are in need of gathering and organizing the information related to our family's recipes.  From the classic Puerto Rican favorites, so we can preserver culture and Abuela's recipes forever, to our favorites, to the new cuisine that we attempt to make forever recipes, as we try new recipes in the future. We will try and keep these to a simple recipe format. If the recipe makes it here, that would mean we have tried it, we thoroughly enjoy it, and would highly recommend that anyone looking for ideas knows this is worth the efforts. Here is to 2024 and the new path we are navigating after the pandemic to bring our lives, pantry, techniques, and flavors back into focus.
